Q.	I am using the Chinese Partner 6.0 on Windows XP. To my surprise, the characters in the selection area of the Input Prompt Line (as shown below) are all unintelligible symbols. Did I do anything wrong?
	A.	This problem tells us that somehow the Asian Language Support files were not properly installed on your system. To fix the problem, you need to remove the Chinese Partner and Windows Asian Language Support files (in the order), and then reinstall Windows Language Support files and the Chinese Partner (in the order).
