| A: Every
TwinBridge Partner CD, be it single language version or CJK combo
version, has all three languages (Chinese, Japanese and Korean) burned
on the same disc. The serial number used during the installation will
determine what language(s) will be installed. There are four types of
serial numbers: (1) for Chinese only, (2) for Japanese only, (3) for
Korean only, and (4) for CJK combined. If you have installed any one of
the above four versions, the system will not allow you to add a second language
version of TwinBridge Partner.
To use both the Chinese and Japanese languages on
your computer, you must enter a serial number for the CJK combo version
(the aforementioned 4th kind) to install the program.
Please contact our sales department to obtain a proper serial number for the CJK combo version. After you get the serial number,
be sure to first remove whatever language version of the TwinBridge
Partner already on your computer before installing the CJK version.
To install: Insert either the Chinese Partner or
the Japanese Partner CD into your CD-ROM drive and enter the new serial
number when prompted. After installation you will be able to use all
three languages. |
