Q.	My operating system is Windows XP, for some reason, the icon is missing, I cannot activate Chinese, Japanese and Korean input methods, what should I do to invoke it?
	A.	Click Start >> Control Panel, and then double-click Regional and Language Options.
		Click Languages tab, and then click Details button as shown below.
		In Text Services and Input Languages dialog box, click Advanced tab, un-check "Turn off advanced text services" option which is under System Configuration section, and then click OK button.
