Q. |
When I try to input Chinese, Japanese,
or Korean characters in MS Publisher 2000,
I get an error message saying "Publisher cannot paste the contents of the
clipboard. The data may be corrupt, or Publisher does not recognize the
format." What should I do? |

A. |
Please follow the steps below to
configure the input method of CJK Partner 6.0: |
| |
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+1 (for Simplified Chinese) or Ctrl+Shift+2
(for Traditional Chinese) to open the Chinese Input
Prompt Line. |
| |
2. Click the
button to bring up a menu. |
| |
3. Go to the "Input Code Using" option, and then select
"Unicode: Traditional Chinese." |
| |
Now you can start to input Chinese characters in MS Publisher 2000. |
| |
| |
Although the instruction is for Chinese
Partner 6.0, it also applies to Japanese, and Korean Partner 6.0. |
